Attendance at all rehearsals is important for the educational experience of the entire orchestra. However, we understand that some scheduling conflicts do arise. In advance If you are going to miss any rehearsal (or part of one), you must fill out the Absence Form below, or email Joyce, at least one week in advance because the conductors use this information to plan rehearsals. Last minute For last minute illnesses or emergencies: 1.) call Joyce at 503-485-2244. 2.) ALSO call your conductors (a second phone call). The conductors' cell numbers are on the salmon-colored sheet sent with your enrollment material, and the students will also write the phone number on their music folder. |
